Hosting and technical delivery
This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. Images, scripts and fonts are delivered through Framer and its content-delivery infrastructure. Technical request data, including IP address, requested resource, time and browser information, is processed to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Framer acts as a processor for hosting. Its subprocessors may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards described in Framer’s data-processing documentation.
Analytics, cookies and demo images
We use Framer’s built-in aggregate website statistics. Framer states that these analytics do not use tracking cookies or identify individual visitors. We have not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels or an external video embed to this demo. The gallery photographs are AI-generated demonstration images. The component does not ask visitors to upload photographs or submit a form.
Purchases and product delivery
Purchases are handled on Polar’s checkout, outside this demo. Polar processes order, billing and payment information as Merchant of Record under its own privacy notice. We receive the order and contact details needed to deliver the purchased component and provide support; we do not receive full payment-card details. Processing for delivery and support is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and legally required records on Article 6(1)(c). An individual component purchase grants access only to that component, not to the library project or future components.
Contact and retention
When you email us, we use your contact details and message to answer your request. This is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for purchase-related enquiries and our legitimate interest in answering other messages under Article 6(1)(f). We keep these records only as needed for the enquiry, contract, applicable recordkeeping obligations or establishing and defending legal claims. Hosting data is handled under Framer’s retention and security arrangements; we do not maintain a separate visitor profile.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the provider above to exercise your rights. You may also complain to a data-protection authority, including the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
